Evaluation is the process of determining the value of something based on certain criteria to achieve certain goals. Pancasila education can be interpreted as a series of values, namely divine values, human values, populist values, populist values and justice values. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) model with instruments or non-test assessments in class IV SDN Batangan 2. Researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected using interview techniques with teachers, observation or observation of the learning process and analysis of relevant data. The results showed that the use of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) model with a non-test observation evaluation in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire in class IV SDN Batanagan 2 can increase student activeness and participation, improve critical thinking skills, the ability to discuss or work together in groups, and can improve student learning outcomes. By using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning model, students more easily understand the material presented by educators in the learning process.
