This research examines the philosophical foundation of Pancasila in the context of character education development in the digital era. Moral degradation and increasing cases of violence in educational environments indicate the urgency of revitalizing character education based on Pancasila values. The research employs a qualitative approach with library research methods, analyzing literary sources from 2019-2024. The results reveal that Pancasila's philosophical foundation has strong relevance in contemporary character education, encompassing ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions. Character education implementation faces challenges in the form of gaps between ideality and reality, as well as the dominance of globalization influences. The developed conceptual model integrates Pancasila values with contemporary pedagogical approaches, supported by holistic implementation strategies involving educational tricenters and digital technology optimization. The research provides theoretical contributions to character education model development and practical recommendations for stakeholders in implementing character education programs based on noble Pancasila values.
