DAMPAK KEIKUTSERTAAN ORGANISASI KEMAHASISWAAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN PERILAKU MAHASISWA FKIP UTM

Abstract

Student organizations are an ideal forum for forming professionalism. This means that through student organizations, students can hone their attitudes of hard work, discipline and responsibility. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of participating in student organization activities on developing the behavior of FKIP UTM students. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. With data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and literature study. The instruments used in the questionnaire method and questions are presented in G-form. The results of this research show that the participation of UTM FKIP students in student organizations significantly influences the development of their behavior. Students can develop their interests, talents and potential by participating in organizations. Some of the things gained include discipline, self-confidence, responsibility, optimism, self-development, and soft skills and hard skills.
