Abstract

This study explores the impact of transformational leadership and Human Resource Management (HRM) on the quality of education at MIS Sanana. The results indicate that inspirational leadership and continuous professional development contribute to increased teacher motivation and student achievement. However, challenges such as resource limitations and the lack of involvement from some teachers in decision-making still need to be addressed to achieve better educational quality.
