PERAN STRATEGIS KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM OPTIMALISASI KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract

The head of the madrasah plays a strategic role in directing and developing the madrasah into an excellent institution. In this process, the head of the madrasah has implemented various strategies, such as ensuring adequate input, preparing effective learning processes, and overseeing the implementation of professional development programs for the staff. Furthermore, the head of the madrasah also motivates teachers and staff, creates a conducive learning environment, and maintains discipline in the madrasah. The quality of education at MIS Sanana is reflected in the high-quality graduates and academic achievements. However, there is potential to improve educational outcomes, especially in terms of curriculum innovation and enhancing both internal and external communication. In order to improve the quality of education, the head of the madrasah needs to continue to play a role as a leader, innovator, motivator, and entrepreneur within the school environment. Additionally, democratic and consultative leadership remains one of the main pillars in ensuring the participation of all stakeholders in decision-making and the development of the madrasah towards a better future. Thus, the leadership of the head of the madrasah is the key to realizing the vision, mission, and goals of education at MIS Sanana and improving the overall quality of education.
