Abstract

Education plays a major role in improving the quality of global human resources and achieving sustainable development in the era of industry 4.0 and globalization. Curriculum changes are a crucial challenge in the context of 21st century education. The author uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. This research aims to describe efforts to deal with climate change in the 21st century. Research results obtained in the field show that the role of teachers is very important for the successful implementation of climate change. Teachers not only implement the curriculum but are also agents of change in the learning process. By properly understanding curriculum changes and successfully incorporating them into the learning process, teachers can guide students to adapt to these changes and optimize the learning process. With the right approach and the right support, schools can successfully implement curriculum changes to improve the quality of education.
