STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN SARANA PRASARANA DI MTSN 1 KEPULAUAN SULA: STUDI KASUS DAN REKOMENDASI

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTSN 1 Kepulauan Sula. The methods used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that, although there are adequate facilities and infrastructure, many challenges are faced, such as budget constraints, lack of community awareness, and difficult transportation access. Community participation in managing facilities and infrastructure plays a crucial role, but there is a need for improvement in technology training and education regarding maintenance. Recommendations include raising additional funds, training for staff, and socialization to increase awareness of the importance of maintaining facilities and infrastructure. With these steps, it is expected that the condition of facilities and infrastructure at MTSN 1 can be improved to support the learning process more effectively.
