PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PRAKTIKUM IPA BERBASIS IT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI KELAS IX MTSN 1 KEPULAUAN SULA

This study aims to develop and evaluate an IT-based practical science module to enhance the quality of learning in grade IX at MTsN 1 Kepulauan Sula. The module is designed to address laboratory facility limitations by providing engaging and effective experimental simulations and interactive exercises. The module development follows the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Deploy), involving needs analysis, design, content creation, implementation, and evaluation. Trial results show that the module successfully improved student engagement, motivation, and understanding of science concepts, with a significant increase in academic test scores.Feedback from students and teachers confirms the module's effectiveness in delivering a more interactive and in-depth learning experience. However, there are areas needing improvement, such as user interface and content variation. This study indicates that the IT-based practical science module can be an innovative solution to facility issues in science education and provides a foundation for developing instructional materials in other fields.
