Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using audiovisual media in Research and Motivation Enhancement (PRM) activities on the motivation and learning outcomes of Grade XII IPA students at MAN 1 Kota Ternate. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the use of audiovisual media significantly increases students' learning motivation and improves their learning outcomes. The integration of audiovisual media in PRM activities helps students understand complex scientific concepts and increases their engagement in the learning process. Despite some challenges in its implementation, such as time constraints and technical issues, appropriate strategies can optimize the use of this media. The findings of this study have important implications for the development of effective learning strategies at the high school level, particularly in the context of education in Indonesia.
