This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) supervisors in building synergy between schools, families, and communities to realize comprehensive religious education in the Sula Islands, North Maluku. Using a qualitative research method with a case study approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that PAI supervisors play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration among these three pillars of education. The strategies employed include teacher development programs, parental outreach, and community leader engagement. The main challenges faced are geographical access limitations and disparities in understanding the importance of comprehensive religious education. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of PAI supervisors and developing technology-based programs to overcome geographical constraints.
