This study aims to analyze the strategies used by Islamic Education Supervisors (PAI) in efforts to improve Quranic literacy among students in public schools. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores the role and strategies of PAI Supervisors in overcoming the challenges of Quranic literacy in public schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that PAI Supervisors use various strategies, including developing integrated Quranic literacy programs, teacher training, collaboration with stakeholders, and utilization of technology. This research provides important insights into efforts to improve Quranic literacy in public schools and can serve as a reference for the development of religious education policies in the future.
