Abstract

This study aims to explore technology-based supervision models for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Senior High Schools (SMA) in the Sula Islands and their impact on the quality of learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the use of technology in PAI supervision in Sula Islands' high schools has increased the effectiveness and efficiency of the supervision process. The technology-based supervision models implemented include a supervision management information system, video conferencing for remote supervision, and mobile applications for reporting. Positive impacts observed include improved performance of PAI teachers, enhanced learning processes, and increased student academic achievement. However, there are several obstacles such as limited infrastructure and supervisors' technological competence that need to be addressed. This research contributes to the development of innovative and adaptive PAI supervision models in response to technological advancements.
