Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the implementation of managerial supervision at Alkhairaat Ternate MTs and its impact on teacher performance as well as matrasah performance. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the research covers the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of supervision. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in teaching practice, madrasah management, and teacher-student interaction. A supervisory vision that emphasizes excellence, professionalism, consistency, and commitment based on faith, science, and charity is a strong foundation for the improvement process. The recommendations involve strengthening teacher training, enhancing stakeholder collaboration, and systematic evaluation to maintain continuous improvement in education quality. This research provides insight into the effectiveness of managerial supervision as an instrument for improving the quality of education at MTS Alkhairaat Ternate
