PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI MANAJERIAL PENGAWAS MADRASAH

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of managerial supervision by madrasah supervisors, explore the problems faced in its implementation, and formulate recommendations to improve the effectiveness of managerial supervision in improving the quality of education in madrasah. The research method used is library research, with data collection from various literature sources and documentation related to managerial supervision in madrasah. The research stages involved selecting literature sources, collecting and organising data, analysing the literature and developing a conceptual framework. The results include an in-depth understanding of managerial supervision practices, identification of supporting factors and barriers, and formulation of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of supervision in madrasah. In conclusion, this research is expected to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of education at the madrasah level.
