As an educator, the ability to reflect on the learning that has been carried out is very important to master and implement. This reflection ability has a very positive impact both for educators, students, and for the benefit of science in the field of education if the reflection is published. The purpose of writing this article is to (1) discuss the implementation of the Team Game Tournament learning model (2) reveal the researcher's reflection when carrying out teaching practice (3) explain the importance of reflection for educators. The method used in making this article uses the narrative inquiry method, research with this narrative inquiry method aims to describe the results of reflection on the implementation of English teaching practices at SD Negeri Dayeuhluhur 03 class I Cilacap Regency which has been carried out by researchers. Based on the results of the narrative inquiry, it can be concluded that the role of the Team Game Tournament learning model can have a positive impact on learning in the classroom and can be a solution to the problem of the low level of focus of students, and reflection has an important role for educators to continue to improve the quality of teaching from time to time.
