The improvement of the quality of education in the madrasah is an attempt to maintain the This research aims to discuss the implementation and role of the school principal in fostering the noble character (akhlakul karimah) of students at MAN 2 Gebe, Central Halmahera. The main findings include the cultivation of noble character in daily practices, the key role of the school principal in leading religious culture, and the supporting factors for the success of this cultivation. The article emphasizes that educational values are not limited to formal institutions but can also be found in the universe. In the millennial era, access to various educational institutions allows self-development across diverse layers of society. The focus on Islamic and non-Islamic institutions indicates that visionary leadership and the culture of noble character influence the success of educational institutions. The school principal plays a central role in shaping religious culture. This article highlights the importance of leadership in fostering noble character among students at MAN 2 Gebe, Central Halmahera. Addressing three main issues, this research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data gathered from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results are expected to contribute to understanding the significance of fostering noble character in enhancing the quality of education in the madrasah.
