PENERAPAN PRINSIP CERIA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER SISWA DI MAN 2 HALMAHERA TENGAH

MAN 2 Halmahera Tengah South Halmahera district, one of which has a Smart, Energetic, Religious, Scientific, Amaliyah vision. This study aims to determine the role of PAI teachers in applying the CERIA concept to students. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques there are three main methods used, namely, observation, documentation, and interviews. The researcher takes the role as an instrument to dig up more complete data through in-depth interviews. The data analysis went through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation (display), and verification. As respondents who were the source of information were the head of the madrasah, PAI teachers, and students. Based on the research that lasted for two months, it can be concluded that the results of the research are as follows: (1) The teacher plays a positive role in realizing the concept of Smart, Energetic, Religious, Scientific, Practical. The teacher's role as initiator, class manager, motivator, facilitator, and evaluator. (2) Implementation of the CERIA concept for students at MAN 2 Halmahera Tengah in the form of madrasa policies that support the formation of a conducive environment for student learning. Various academic and non-academic activities that function to develop the potential of students. The growth of the main character is needed to create harmonious relationships and brotherhood (ukhuwah) between students.
