STRATEGI PENINGKATAN MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH MUHAMMADIYAH PABOS, HALMAHERA BARAT

Abstract

The improvement of the quality of education in the madrasah is an attempt to maintain the existence of the Madrasah as an educational institution that meets the needs of the society in terms of human resources in the fields of education, education and religion. This need will be met if education is able to initiate the desired kader-building process. Of course this phenomenon is the responsibility of the madrasah, that is, the entire element of madrasha, from the head to the pupil.  To examine this problem, a study was conducted against the madrasah managers, the Madrasah neighborhood and the students of Madrasha at the Muhammadiyah MTs Pabos Halmahera West.The data collection technique in this study uses interviews, observations and documentation as a tool. The results of the research showed that the head of the madrasah made various efforts to improve the quality of his teaching by establishing various guidelines of quality, namely: a) service comparable to expectations, b) complaints of users as a means of continuous evaluation and improvement, c) community development d. Implementation of common goals and their implementation by organizing continuous training-training to improve qualifications of teachers as well as learners
