The purpose of this writing is to learn about the dynamics of learning Arabic in the Muhammadiyah MTs of Pabos Halmahera West. Learning Arabic at the Muhammadiah MTs in Pabosa Halmahaera West faces a variety of challenges, including differences in student education background, low motivation, and restrictions in the use of Arabic by teachers. This research analyzes the problem and proposes a plan of action to address it. For students, improved motivation, speaking skills, and vocabulary development were identified as critical areas. For Arabic language teachers, training and development of teaching skills, the use of Arabic in learning, the provision of interesting teaching materials, and increased student involvement were considered important measures. The study presents concrete solutions to enhance Arabic learning at the Muhammadiyah MTs in Pabos Halmahera West in the hope of increasing students' confidence in using Arabic and strengthening their understanding of the language.
