UPAYA KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENUMBUHKAN NILAI- NILAI MODERASI BERAGAMA DI MTSN 1 TALIABU BARAT

Abstract

This research explores the role of school principal leadership in instilling religious moderation and tolerance values at MTsN 1 Taliabu Barat  . The study employs interview, observation, and document analysis methods to understand the strategies and impacts of school principal leadership in shaping students' positive attitudes towards religious moderation and tolerance. The findings indicate that the school principal plays a key role in promoting positive values, setting examples, and instilling enthusiasm and national commitment among students. The impact of this leadership includes the cultivation of tolerance, mutual respect, and assistance among students. Moreover, the school principal also prevents discrimination and bullying within the school environment. This research provides in-depth insights into the importance of school principal leadership in shaping students' character and creating a harmonious school environment.
