Abstract

This research aims to determine the important role of madrasah principal's managerial skills in shaping students' character values in the environment of MTs N 1 West Taliabu  In this context, a disciplined madrasah principal, who sets a good example and supports extracurricular activities and an honesty corner, plays a vital role in guiding students to develop good character. However, this study also indicates that effective character education requires support from students' families. The successful implementation of moral values in school can be sustained if it is supported by a positive home environment. Therefore, collaboration between schools and families is crucial in creating a conducive environment for shaping students' character. This research emphasizes the urgency of collaboration between educational institutions and families in instilling strong moral values in the younger generation, which, in turn, contributes to the development of an ethical and moral society.
