STRATEGI KEPALA MADRASAH UNTUK PROGRAM UNGGULAN MADRASAH DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN DI MAS AL MA’ARIF JIKOTAMO KABUPATEN HALMAHERA SELATAN

Abstract

MAS Al Ma'arif Jikotamo has a special program, namely the Quran memorization program, with the hope of achieving the set targets. This research aims to understand the natural context, the role of the Madrasah Head in enhancing the outstanding program, the management of improving the special program of the madrasah, the supporting and inhibiting factors in enhancing the madrasah's special program, as well as the success of the Madrasah Head's leadership role in advancing the outstanding program at MAS Al Ma'arif Jikotamo. This study employs a qualitative approach, using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, interviews, and document collection. The results of this study indicate that the successful achievements include the number of students reaching the memorization target. The program also focuses on graduates targeted to memorize 1 to 3 juz (parts) of the Quran.
