Abstract

Improvements in teaching and administration can't be made without learning management systems. Finding out how public elementary schools plan, implement, and assess student learning was the goal of this research project. The research method is an experimental research technique classified as qualitative. Observation, interviews, and document analyses are all valid methods of gathering information. The school's administration and faculty will participate in the study. According to the findings, the school's principal and teachers are responsible for developing the learning plan, which includes steps like allocating time and resources efficiently, creating an annual program (Prota), a semester program (Promes), a learning syllabus, and a learning implementation plan (RPP). The learning implementation has been proceeding in accordance with the management function, specifically the allocation of tasks based on expertise. Public elementary school 060948's evaluation and assessment components demonstrate that the RPP is used to tailor and direct the assessment procedure.
