UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MATERI PECAHAN MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN “ MAKE A MATCH” DI SD NEGERI PANDAN
Abstract
Learning outcomes are embodiments of learning behavior that are usually seen in changes, habits, skills, attitudes, observations, and abilities. The success of a person in participating in the learning process at a certain level of education can be seen from the learning outcomes themselves. Based on the research proposal that has been carried out, it is explained that the use of appropriate models, media, and methods is an important aspect in the success of the learning process. The research entitled "Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students in Mathematics in Fractions Material Through the "Make a Match" Learning Model at SD Negeri Pandan. This study aims to improve learning outcomes in the mathematics subject matter of simple fractions for fourth grade students of SD Negeri Pandan. In addition, this study aims to determine whether the Make a Match learning model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subject matter of fractions. This research is a classroom action research whose implementation includes four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection which consists of two cycles. The subjects in the study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri Pandan with a total of 12 students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the results of learning mathematics in fraction material in grade IV students at SD Negeri Pandan after class action was held through the use of the Make a match learning model. Student enthusiasm increased from before. Thus, a recommendation can be used that learning fractional mathematics through a make a match type learning model can improve learning outcomes in fourth grade students at SD Negeri Pandan, Galis District.
