HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SDN 060952 MEDAN TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022

The problem in this study is the low motivation and learning outcomes of students at SDN 060952 for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes. This research is a correlational quantitative research that aims to examine the correlation of two variables. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique, so that the number of samples is the same as the number of population, namely 87 students. The data collection technique used is the angle of learning motivation and learning achievement documents, while the analysis technique used is the linearity test and product moment correlation test. The results showed that: (1) student learning motivation had an average score of 76.76 in the moderate category, the highest motivation was 95.45 in class VI and the lowest motivation was 49.43 in class IV; (2) student learning outcomes have an average score of 82.18 in the moderate category, the highest learning outcomes are 95.17 in class VI and the lowest learning outcomes are 70 in grades IV and VI; and (3) the results of the correlation test show that there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes at SDN 060952 Academic Year 2021/2022. This is based on data that the rcount value is 0.862 greater than the rtable value which is 0.2115, and the sig. (2-tailed) which is 0.000 less than the value of α which is 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus it can be proven that learning outcomes will be in the high category if the learning motivation is in the high category.
