STRATEGI MENGATASI MASALAH PSIKOLOGI TERHADAP YANG MENGHAMBAT MINAT BAKAT SISWA

Abstract

Psychological problems in students, such as difficulty concentrating, difficulty managing emotions and understanding learning, can be a major obstacle in developing students' interests and talents. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students' psychological problems and strategies for overcoming them. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with students and teachers. The research results show that understanding students' psychological conditions is very important for teachers to create a conducive learning environment. Recommended strategies include an individualized approach, implementing student-centered learning methods such as project-based learning, and providing emotional support. Educational psychology has an important role in explaining student learning behavior, predicting factors of learning failure, and helping teachers develop effective learning strategies. With the right approach, psychological problems can be minimized so that students are able to develop their potential optimally.
