KONSEP KETUHANAN DALAM PANDANGAN ISLAMIC WORLDVIEW

Abstract

The concept of divinity in the Islamic worldview is the core of the Islamic belief system which is rooted in tawhid, the belief in the oneness of God. Tawhid includes three main dimensions: tawhid rububiyyah (the belief that Allah is the only Creator, Sustainer and Ruler of the universe), tawhid uluhiyyah (affirmation that only Allah is worthy of worship), and tawhid asma wa sifat (belief in the perfection of the names and attributes of Allah without resembling His creatures). In the Islamic worldview, Allah is understood as a substance that is absolute, transcendent, and immanent at the same time, including the attributes of perfection such as the Almighty, the Just, and the Merciful. This concept of divinity forms the spiritual, moral and epistemological foundation of Muslim life, providing direction and meaning for human relationships with God, fellow humans and nature. It also serves as the ethical and legal framework for individual and societal life, building harmony between faith, knowledge and charity. This article aims to explore the dimensions of divinity in the Islamic worldview and its implications for the Islamic worldview and civilization. This research uses qualitative research with the type of Library Research. With documentation data collection techniques, namely extracting heirloom materials that are cohesive with the intended object of discussion. While the data analysis used uses analysis.
