Abstract

Class VII Islamic religious education learning places less emphasis on learning by providing direct learning experiences through the development of process skills, scientific attitudes and lack of increased cognitive intelligence. This causes the low cognitive intelligence of students. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research method. In this study the form of the instrument used was a questionnaire using a modified Likert scale attitude with the following assessments: Often a score of 3, Sometimes a score of 2, and never a score of 1. The results of this study are: Flipped Classroom learning model has a significant positive effect on students' cognitive intelligence, meaning that a good Flipped Classroom learning model will be followed by an increase in the cognitive intelligence of class VII students at Tanjung Pura 1 Public Middle School. For every increase in the value of the Flipped Classroom learning model by 1, the creative thinking ability of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura will increase by 0.612%. This means that the better the Flipped Classroom learning model, the higher the cognitive intelligence of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura
