Abstract

This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurship of the Zillenial Generation in Tasikmalaya through a case study of four young business actors in the fields of coffee, juice, beaded accessories, and bento cake. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore their business experiences and strategies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with business owners. The results of the study show that innovation, adaptation to market trends, and the use of social media as a promotional tool are key factors for their success. These young entrepreneurs are leveraging digital technology to expand their business reach, overcome market challenges, and create added value for consumers. This study concludes that entrepreneurship among the Zillenial Generation is not only an alternative career, but also a forum for innovation and creating social impact.
