ANALISIS DAYA TARIK SISWA MIM KISMOYOSO TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB

Arabic is one of the foreign languages that is a compulsory subject in Islamic elementary schools and has been taught at the lower to upper levels. MI Muhammadiyah Kismoyoso is one of the elementary school institutions located in Kismoyoso village. This school certainly does not only teach general knowledge, but also religious knowledge. One of the religious knowledge available is Arabic. The purpose of this study was to identify the interests of MIM Kismoyoso students in learning Arabic. Through a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, researchers collected data through interviews and observations with teachers and students at MIM Kismoyoso. The results of this study found that there was enthusiasm from students towards learning Arabic, especially if the methods used were interesting and fun, such as through songs and chants. In addition, the additional learning experience through TPA in each student's environment made a positive contribution to students' abilities in following Arabic lessons at school. However, there are still limitations in the application of learning media, such as interactive games that have never been implemented
