PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA MADRASAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN GURU DI MIS SANANA

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision by the head of the madrasa on the motivation and innovative teaching practices of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Sanana. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 teachers at MIS Sanana, as well as in-depth interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of teachers' experiences related to academic supervision. The analysis results indicate a significant positive impact of academic supervision on teacher motivation, with an average motivation score of 78.4. Additionally, this study found that academic supervision contributes to teaching innovation, with an average innovation score of 75.2. Approximately 62% of teachers who receive routine supervision reported that they have implemented innovations in the classroom, such as the use of information technology and project-based learning methods. The research also revealed a positive correlation between teacher motivation and teaching innovation, where teachers with high motivation tend to be more proactive in seeking and applying new methods. These findings emphasize the importance of the madrasa head's role in providing effective academic supervision and creating a supportive environment to enhance teacher motivation and innovation in teaching.
