Islamic feminism is essentially the result of a study characterized by the principles of Islamic teachings, which are based on the teachings of the Quran, Hadith and the opinions of scholars about human behavior to be fostered, developed and guided to become a complete Muslim human being, both physically and mentally and in the afterlife. In terms of methodology, this study uses a library research method. It is important for us to understand the reality of the creation of men and women based on existing texts. Although the meaning of al Qowwamah (leadership) is given to men, in fact women are not prohibited from becoming a leader except in public leadership, even then on the condition that they are able to maintain all the Islamic manners as a woman when going out for a job while still being accompanied by her mahram.
