Advances in digital technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the field of Islamic education. Ma'had Aly Ki Bagus Hadikusumo is one of the institutions that utilizes digital technology to support the process of teaching tahfidz Al-Qur'an. This research aims to examine how digital advances can be integrated into the process of memorizing the Qur'an at Ma'had Aly Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, as well as assessing its effectiveness in helping students achieve memorization targets. Using qualitative methods, this research collected data from interviews with teachers, students and educational observers, as well as analysis of documents related to the implementation of digital technology in tahfidz learning. The research results show that the use of memorization applications, e-learning platforms and other digital tools has accelerated the process of mastering the verses of the Koran. Digital technology allows more flexible access to memorized material, facilitates repeated practice, and provides fast and accurate feedback. However, this research also found challenges in implementing digital technology, including limited infrastructure, resistance to change, and the need for training for teachers. However, the opportunities offered by digital technology in improving the quality of tahfidz teaching are enormous. This research concludes that with the right strategy, digital progress can become a loyal partner in the process of memorizing the Qur'an, supporting students at Ma'had Aly Ki Bagus Hadikusumo to achieve higher memorization achievements.
