PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS DAN KETERAMPILAN KOLABORATIF SISWA KELAS VI MIN 4 TIDORE

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning implementation in enhancing creativity and collaborative skills of sixth-grade students at MIN 4 Tidore. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research involved 25 sixth-grade students, a class teacher, and the school principal as research subjects. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation over one semester. The results show that the implementation of Project-Based Learning successfully improved students' creativity, as evidenced by their ability to generate original ideas, flexibility in using materials and techniques, and elaboration of details in their work. Students' collaborative skills also improved, marked by more effective task division, better communication, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively within groups. Although there were challenges in implementation, such as time management and limited resources, the benefits generated were highly significant for student development. This study concludes that Project-Based Learning is an effective strategy for developing 21st-century skills in elementary school students.
