Abstract

Organizational change is an inevitability that every company must face in order to survive and grow in the dynamics of an ever-changing business environment. Two prominent people who have made significant contributions in this area are Kurt Lewin and John Kotter. Both offer different but complementary perspectives on how to implement organizational change effectively. Lewin and Kotter's theory provides organizations with a valuable framework for managing change. Lewin's model provides a basic understanding of the change process, while Kotter's model provides practical guidance and more detailed steps. Both theories emphasize the importance of a structured approach and good management when implementing sustainable change.
