PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN SISWA KELAS VIII TENTANG FIQIH SHALAT DI MTSN 3 HALMAHERA UTARA

This study aims to determine the effect of using instructional videos on improving the understanding of eighth-grade students about the fiqh of prayer at MTsN 3 North Halmahera. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles. The research subjects were 30 eighth-grade students. Data collection techniques used tests, observations, and interviews. The results showed an increase in student understanding after using instructional videos. In the first cycle, the average student score reached 70.5 with 66.7% classical completeness. In the second cycle, it increased to an average of 82.3 with 90% classical completeness. The use of instructional videos proved effective in improving students' understanding of the fiqh of prayer.
