Good education is education that has measurable learning outcome standards that are not haphazard, so there is a need for assessment and evaluation of the educational process. This research aims to determine the level of difficulty and differentiating power in the final semester V assessment questions for class V Indonesian language subjects in 2023/2024 at MI Muhammadiyah Potronayan 1. This research uses a quantitative approach which emphasizes the characteristics of the questions empirically with the research subjects being assessment participants. the end of the fifth class semester 2023/2024 with the research object being multiple choice questions. The composition of questions for the Final Semester Assessment for Class V for the 2023/2024 Academic Year at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 1 Potronayan based on the level of difficulty of the questions is close to ideal with a 3:5:2 formation, while based on the Differentiating Power it requires improvement because there are weak and bad criteria.
