Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of managerial supervision in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Alkhairaat Labuha and its impact on teacher performance and madrasah achievement. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research includes the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation of supervision. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in teaching practices, madrasah management, and teacher-student interaction. A vision of supervision that emphasizes excellence, professionalism, consistency, and commitment based on faith, science, and charity becomes a strong foundation in the process of improvement. The recommendations involve strengthening teacher training, increasing stakeholder collaboration, and systematic evaluation to maintain the continuity of education quality improvement. This research provides insight into the effectiveness of managerial supervision as an instrument for improving the quality of education at MA Alkhairaat Labuha.
