STUDI KASUS MINAT BELAJAR SISWA SETELAH PANDEMI COVID 19 DI SMK ASSALAM

This research aims to investigate the impact of online learning on students' motivation at SMK Assalam, focusing on students in the 11th and 12th grades as the research subjects. The results indicate that initially, students were able to cope with online learning through the Google Classroom platform. However, over time, their learning motivation tended to decline due to the accumulation of tasks and technological constraints, such as limited internet quota and the need to share mobile phones with family members. Specifically, 12th-grade students, who were preparing for final exams, faced even greater challenges. To address these issues, teachers intervened by involving students' parents, implementing contextual learning strategies, and periodically evaluating the effectiveness of the learning process. This intervention proved successful in improving students' learning motivation and providing concrete solutions to technical challenges. The suggestions drawn from this research emphasize the ongoing need for refining online learning methods, particularly in handling tasks that can impact student motivation. Strengthening the role of parents is also crucial, including in supporting the technical aspects of online learning. Thus, this research contributes to understanding the dynamics of online learning at SMK Assalam and provides a foundation for further improvements in the implementation of learning methods in the future.
