PENGEMBANGAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DENGAN MODEL TIWANA UNTUK MENGURANGI KESENJANGAN PENGETAHUAN DOSEN
Abstract
Lecturers are an important component that will determine the quality of students produced by a university. The better the quality of the lecturers, the better the quality of graduates from the university. A common problem faced by universities related to the quality of knowledge possessed by lecturers is the occurrence of a knowledge gap between the required knowledge and the available knowledge. The purpose of this research is to develop a Knowledge Management System (KMS) for lecturers that can overcome the problem of knowledge gaps and produce a quality KMS with high efficiency values. The models used in this research are the Tiwana model framework, and the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) model for knowledge formation. The results of this study are a Knowledge Management System that reduces the value of the knowledge gap by 0.99 points and has been tested for quality using the ISO 9126 adaptation with a score of 86.7% or has a quality level with very good criteria.
