Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the management of scouting activities regarding the discipline of MTsN 1 Sula Islands students. In the context of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) 1 Negeri Sanana, Scout activities play an important role in forming student discipline. Good integration between Scout activities and the school environment creates an atmosphere that supports character learning. Students who are actively involved in Scouting show a high level of discipline, obey rules and regulations, and are responsible for their duties. Internal factors, such as intrinsic motivation, and external factors, such as guidance from Scout leaders, influence students' disciplinary attitudes. Social Learning Theory by Albert Bandura supports the concept that students learn from example and observation, where the disciplined behavior of fellow students and Scout leaders is an important example. Sanctions and rewards, as part of the Behaviorism Theory approach, also influence students' behavior towards rules. With the support of a positive school environment, Scouting not only provides practical experience, but also shapes students' character, creating disciplined, responsible and independent individuals.
