Bullying is bad behavior among teenagers. This refers to verbal, physical, or socially aggressive behavior designed to hurt or injure another person, whether in the real world or online. The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection divides bullying into five categories, ranging from physical contact to cyberbullying. Efforts to prevent and overcome bullying require intervention from the perpetrator, and guidance and counseling teachers play an important role in creating a safe learning environment and providing educational and educational support to students. This research uses qualitative methods, especially phenomenology, to understand the experiences of educational counselors in dealing with bullying at school. Information was obtained from interviews, observations and documents, as well as guidance and discussions with teachers and students. The research results show that teachers and counselors face problems in dealing with bullying, and the impact of bullying is not only on victims but also on perpetrators and victims. Bullying can have serious consequences, including psychological and physical problems, as well as future health problems. Counseling and guidance teachers play an important role in preventing this from happening, including providing training, building relationships with students, and providing influence when bullying problems arise. With a deeper understanding of bullying, prevention and intervention efforts can be designed to create safe and promoting learning environments
