DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER TERHADAP SISWA DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI AN-NUR SUSUPU KABUPATEN HALMAHERA BARAT

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of character education implementation for students at Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Susupu, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat Maluku UtaraRegency. The method used is descriptive qualitative, and data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, and observations. Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Susupu, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat Maluku Utara implements character education including discipline, faith, manners, responsibility, hard work, and cooperation. The impact of this character education implementation is evident in the madrasah's program activities, both in the learning process and extracurricular activities, as well as religious and personal development activities. The implementation of character education at Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Susupu, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat Maluku Utara Regency is highly beneficial and has a positive impact on students. It brings about improved attitudes in line with expectations, making students more disciplined, productive, independent, and capable of practicing religious teachings.
